Coaching terms & refunds

RealYX coaching is supplied by Jackson Kuehn, an individual based in Missouri, United States. For questions, cancellations, refunds or problems, email [email protected]. You can also contact me through a Discord support ticket.

What you are booking

Paid services are for ages 18 and older. Prices on this site are in USD. An application is an inquiry, not an accepted client, booking or payment. A confirmed appointment or accepted written arrangement establishes the service and its timing. Coaching is educational guidance about gameplay; results or a particular rank are not guaranteed.

Payment, delivery and scheduling

Payments use the linked Stripe or Calendly checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider, rather than the website application. Check the total, currency and any taxes shown before paying. Do not pay a second time when a session has already been separately invoiced: use the private prepaid booking link provided to you. Coaching and recap material are delivered remotely through the agreed private channels. Delivery timing for preparation and recap work is confirmed with your booking; there is no physical shipping.

Calendly displays appointment times in your selected time zone. Check that zone and the appointment confirmation. Ongoing pay-now purchases are one-time payments, not automatic recurring subscriptions; renewal and scheduling are agreed separately. Existing accepted bespoke arrangements remain as agreed; changes require agreement and do not retroactively change a purchase.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

You may cancel for a refund or reschedule a booked session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before its scheduled start. Email me or use the booking’s cancellation/rescheduling link. For an individual or Play booking, this means a refund of that canceled session’s payment. If I cancel and a replacement time does not work for you, you may receive a refund for the canceled service.

For an ongoing package, the same notice rule applies to booked sessions. Cancellation of the whole package, allocation of a refund for unused work, and work already delivered must be addressed in your written package arrangement before payment. Contact me if these details are missing. For less than 24 hours’ notice or exceptional circumstances, contact me to discuss a solution; this page does not impose an automatic forfeiture or an undisclosed no-show fee. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method; bank/provider processing affects when they appear.

These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, including applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights. If a law requires additional consent before an early service start, that must be obtained separately; an inquiry checkbox does not waive it.

Additional statutory cancellation rights

If EU or UK distance-contract cancellation rules apply to your booking, the normal service withdrawal period is 14 days from concluding the contract, subject to the applicable legal exceptions. Tell me clearly by email that you wish to withdraw, identifying your booking and contact details. You may use this wording: “I wish to withdraw from my RealYX coaching booking, agreed on [date], under the name [name].” No particular wording is required. Refunds required under those rules will be handled within the applicable statutory deadline, normally 14 days after notification.

Where those rules apply, I will obtain a separate express request before beginning work during the withdrawal period. If you request an early start and then withdraw, any charge for work already provided must comply with the law. Loss of withdrawal rights for a fully performed service or digital content requires the acknowledgements and consent the law requires; your inquiry alone does not provide them. Contact me before paying if these details or the required seller information have not been supplied for your location.

Optional memberships and discounts

Memberships are separate optional monthly subscriptions with their own provider’s terms. Active Beauty members receive 5% off additional individual or Play sessions; active Pigeon Doc and JuJu Bear members receive 10%. I verify the active tier and apply an eligible discount before payment. Discounts do not stack and do not apply to the $400 ongoing package. Joining a membership is not required to apply or book coaching. Membership cancellation is managed with the membership provider.

Gameplay, privacy and respectful use

Share only material you have permission to share. Private coaching recordings and recaps are for your personal learning; public use of another person’s identity, voice or notes needs separate permission. Do not include credentials or payment information in gameplay links or applications. See the privacy notice for data use and choices.
