Information you choose to provide
Coaching inquiries can include your name, email, optional Discord username, confirmation that you are 18 or older, game platform and experience, goals, gameplay links, time zone, availability, membership tier, recording preference, notes and contact/update choices. Please do not include passwords, card details, health information or unrelated sensitive information. Gameplay you share may contain usernames or other people’s voices; only share material you are entitled to share.
Why it is used
I use inquiry information to reply, discuss a suitable service, prepare and deliver agreed coaching, arrange scheduling, apply verified discounts, and keep appropriate service, payment and dispute records. Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or mean you have been accepted. Contact permission for your inquiry is separate from the optional, unchecked choice to receive promotional updates. Declining updates does not affect your inquiry or coaching.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, replying and delivering services involves steps at your request before a contract and performance of the agreed service. Security and reasonable administration involve legitimate interests; legally required records involve legal obligations. Optional promotional email and the optional embedded video rely on your choice/consent. You may withdraw these choices without affecting processing already lawfully completed.
Where information goes
Inquiries go to my private Notion coaching tracker. Cloudflare hosts the site, processes submissions and stores a private delivery queue; my business Gmail inbox receives a notification linking to the private tracker. Authorized assistance may help administer inquiries. AI-assisted tools may help organize inquiries and draft replies; I make coaching decisions, and applications are not automatically accepted or booked. I do not sell or rent your inquiry information.
Separate services process information when you choose to use them: Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling and any integrated payment, Discord for community or private tickets, and YouTube for video. Authorized server staff may access tickets within their assigned permissions; a Discord ticket is not visible only to me. Do not put private payment information in a ticket. Providers’ own notices also apply. The website application itself does not collect card numbers.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Cross-border protections and additional local rights depend on the applicable law and service arrangements; email me with questions. This notice does not claim that every provider or international transfer has been independently certified.
Video, cookies and security checks
The coaching example does not load YouTube until you select “Load YouTube video.” Loading it sends information such as your IP address and browser information to Google/YouTube and may allow cookies or other storage. The privacy-enhanced player reduces certain personalization; it does not mean no information is collected. You can choose not to load it, or select “Hide video” to remove it. Removing the player stops further embedded loading but does not erase data already received by Google. Your choice is not saved across page loads. Opening the YouTube link directly takes you to their service. See Google’s privacy policy.
No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are included in this website’s current code. Cloudflare processes technical information for hosting and security. The application uses Turnstile for bot protection; see the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy policy, incorporated here for that security processing. Necessary security processing is separate from optional video loading. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change necessary processing; the optional player remains off until you choose it regardless of that signal.
Retention and protection
I retain inquiry and coaching records for as long as needed to answer you, deliver agreed services, maintain relevant business records and resolve disputes or legal obligations. The criteria include whether your inquiry is active, whether coaching continues, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask for deletion of records no longer needed. There is no claim that the Notion tracker automatically deletes all records after a fixed period.
The temporary delivery queue clears the full answers after both tracker delivery and notification succeed; pending answers remain available for recovery until delivery or reconciliation. Private delivery receipts can remain. Rate limiting uses salted, time-bounded identifiers rather than storing raw IP addresses in the rate-limit table; expired entries are cleaned during submission processing. Providers may separately retain operational logs. Access is restricted, traffic uses HTTPS, and server credentials are not included in public page code. No service can guarantee perfect security.
Your choices and requests
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, ask about retention, or withdraw optional updates. You can also reply “unsubscribe” to promotional emails. I may need to verify a request and retain information required for legal records or an active dispute. Where applicable, you may have rights to restriction, objection, portability and a complaint to your data-protection authority. I will handle requests within applicable legal deadlines.
Recordings, public examples and age
A private recording preference is not permission to publish you. Public use of identifiable client videos or notes requires separate permission. Paid coaching and this application are for adults 18 or older. I do not knowingly accept applications from children; contact me if a child’s information was submitted so it can be addressed.
Changes
The date above identifies this notice’s current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
